Case 1:

A 79 Year-Old-Man with Fever, Cervical Lymphadenopathy and Leukemia Contributed by Dr. Samina Nur, Associate Prof of Pathology,New York Medical College; Cytopathologist, CBLPath, New York, USA

Case 4:

A 24 years old male, known HIV positive and on treatment presented with history of weight loss, ecurrent fever, hematuria, generalized body aches and pains, decreased appetite and subconjunctivalhemorrhages – Prof Khalid Hassan; Dr Naghmi Asif, Dr Humaira Rizwan Qazi and Dr Roshan Parveen

Case 5:

A 27 year old male presented in November 2005 with fever and progressive pallor of 2 weeks duration. In January 2006,he presented with pancytopenia, and again in August 2008 with worsening symptoms and pancytopenia. Case 7:

Case 10: A12 years old boy presented with anuria, vomiting and bilateral flank pain. He had H/O fever and diarrhea in the last week. On examination, he had marked pallor- Dr Mehmood ul Hassan; Resident FCPS, Foundation University Medical College, Rawalpindi
